Hi Rosemary,

I have made this recipe so many times, but keep forgetting to come back and give you a fabulous review. This recipe is my absolute favorite for making stuffed chicken. I agree regarding marinating overnight and using a dutch oven lined with parchment paper. Having a quality 7- spice bharat definitely elevates it a notch too. I bring 7-spice bharat from Kabatilo when I visit Jordan. They have the best quality herbs and spices. Thank you again, Rosemary!
